Your perfumers are great! I just want to point out a couple of things that can be improved during the selling process:

1. Took over a week to deliver my order (I’m based in Dubai) and there is no way of tracking and no one responds on the land line.

2. The perfumes I received as a gift were more feminine so I had to give them away. Maybe add a field for when a customer places and order to mention their gender for your reference.

3. Your classic packaging is great, maybe have it in a different color for easier use?

Other than the above are where I see improvements can be made which will enhance the overall user experience, I’m always happy with my purchases from Parfum.AE.
